(LIMOGES, ON) A 43-year-old is facing multiple charges after police witnessed dangerous driving in Limoges.
On Monday, May 19, 2025, shortly after 3:00 p.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police East Region TIME (Traffic Incident Management Enforcement) team observed a vehicle being driven dangerously through a residential area, while children playing.
The officer attempted to stop the vehicle, and the then driver fled on foot. An arrest was made a short time later.
Eric MAINVILLE of Limoges has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:
Dangerous operation
Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code
Driving while under suspension
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in LOrignal on September 3, 2025.
The vehicle was impounded for 45-days.
