(KINCARDINE, ON) On August 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol stopped a vehicle in Kincardine.
The driver was found to have been impaired by drug.
Francois BELLEMARRE, 47-years-old, from St. Catherines was charged with:
Operation while impaired
Possession of a schedule I substance
Operate motor vehicle without insurance
Drive while licence is suspended
