As tens of thousands of you know, Wingham is the highest taxed town in Ontario/Canada. This is absolute proof that North Huron council and staff are the least effective and efficient in Canada. $20,000 to downgrade the screen in council chambers and $15,000 roof patch jobs should have tipped you off years ago to this fact.
At the last council meeting it was revealed that council is forcing Winghamites subsidise belgrave water users, helping wipe out any reserves that were left. “To summarize, North Huron users of the Belgrave Water System are currently being subsidized by users of Wingham…”
